Step One

License Agreement

Before making the payment you must complete the form and accept the general terms and conditions of the contract.

End User License Agreement

FIRST. Object of the Contract — By means of this Agreement, the Licensor undertakes to grant, in a non-exclusive and non-transferable way, a license to the exploitation rights of the Software in favor of the Licensee.

SECOND. Purpose of the License — The Licensee may only exploit this License in a non-exclusive and non-transferable way. The use of the Software will be limited to: Analysis software and trading strategy in Futures markets.

THIRD. License Restrictions — Licensee cannot modify, adapt, translate, sublicense, rent, lease or loan the Licensed Software. Licensee may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover the source code.

QUARTER. Remuneration — The Parties agree to pay an amount according to the type of license contracted. Payment methods: Credit or debit card, Bank Transfer, PayPal.

FIFTH. Ownership of the Software — The Licensor is the owner of the rights to exploit the Software. The license will not generate any industrial or intellectual property rights in favor of the Licensee.

EIGHTH. License Duration — Lighthouse Trading offers three types of license duration: 15 days, quarterly and annually.

THIRTEENTH. Refund Policy — Software products are susceptible to easy replication. We have enforced a stringent no-refund policy for all software products. By acquiring any of our software products, you acknowledge and consent to abide by our refund policy. All sales are considered final.

TWENTY-SECOND. No Licensed Software Warranty — The Licensed Software is provided "as is". Limitation of liability: in no event will the Licensor be liable for any damages, claims or costs whatsoever. The aggregate liability shall be limited to the fees paid for the Licensed Software.

In virtue whereof, the Parties acknowledge having read the Contract in its entirety, declare that they understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.

Once payment is made, our team will activate your Machine ID and send you the download link for the LH WAVE SYSTEM.
